Refund & Returns Policy

Creative Services
Due to the bespoke and personalised nature of CINELUNE services, refunds are generally not available once project work has commenced.

Before Work Begins
If cancellation occurs before work has started, a full or partial refund may be issued at CINELUNE's discretion.

During a Project
If a project is cancelled after commencement, completed work and time invested will be deducted from any refund consideration.

Digital Deliverables
Due to their custom nature, completed digital creative assets, strategy documents, visualisations and presentations cannot be returned or exchanged.

Our Commitment
We are committed to delivering exceptional work and will always make reasonable efforts to address concerns through revisions included within your package.

Copyright & Usage Rights

Ownership
All concepts, creative frameworks, methodologies, presentations, visualisations, mood boards, written strategies and campaign materials created by CINELUNE remain the intellectual property of CINELUNE until payment has been received in full.

Client Licence
Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive licence to use final deliverables for their intended personal or commercial purpose.
Restrictions

Clients may not:

Resell CINELUNE materials as standalone products
Claim CINELUNE creative work as their own intellectual property
Reproduce proprietary frameworks for commercial resale
Remove copyright notices where applicable

Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, CINELUNE reserves the right to showcase completed projects, concepts and visual work within portfolios, presentations, social media and marketing materials.

Third-Party Materials
Any third-party images, trademarks, brand assets or copyrighted materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to provide such materials for project use.
