1. About CINELUNE
CINELUNE provides luxury creative direction, campaign visualisation, cinematic storytelling, event concept development, brand strategy and related creative services.
All services are provided subject to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services
CINELUNE creates visual concepts, campaign worlds, creative assets, mood boards, event visualisations, strategic recommendations and related creative materials.
All concepts, imagery, visualisations and recommendations are intended as creative planning tools and inspirational resources unless otherwise stated.
Final implementation, production, supplier engagement and event execution remain the responsibility of the client unless separately contracted.
3. Orders & Payment
Payment is required prior to commencement of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All prices are listed in the applicable currency displayed at checkout and may be subject to taxes where applicable.
CINELUNE reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary.
4. Revisions
Packages include the number of revisions specified within the purchased service.
Additional revisions or significant scope changes may incur additional fees.
Any requested changes beyond the original brief may be quoted separately.
5. Intellectual Property
All CINELUNE creative concepts, visualisations, designs, presentations, written content, frameworks and proprietary methodologies remain the intellectual property of CINELUNE until full payment has been received.
Upon payment, clients receive a licence to use the final deliverables for their intended personal or business purpose.
CINELUNE retains the right to display completed work within portfolios, marketing materials and promotional content unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Client Materials
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any images, logos, trademarks, text or materials supplied to CINELUNE.
CINELUNE accepts no responsibility for third-party intellectual property provided by clients.
7. Creative Visualisations
Visualisations, mood boards, campaign worlds and concept imagery are artistic representations designed to communicate creative direction.
Actual products, venues, styling, flowers, décor, photography, videography or event outcomes may vary from conceptual visuals.
8. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the bespoke nature of creative services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
If a project is cancelled before work begins, a refund may be provided at CINELUNE's discretion.
Any approved work completed prior to cancellation may be deducted from any refund amount.
9. Limitation of Liability
CINELUNE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, services or creative recommendations.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.
10. Website Use
Users agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or reproduce content without permission.
All content on this website is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
11. Privacy
Any personal information submitted through the website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
